Description1. Prefabricated: Fast and easy installation, save time and labor;
Specifications:
Production Procedure
1- Automatic Gas Cutting: cut steel plates;
2- Building Up: assemble the steel plates;
3- Submerged Arc Welding: weld the steel plates together into the required H-section or tubular shape;
4- Rectify: straighten the welded H-section or tubular member;
5- Manual Welding: weld the stiffener, base plate, top plate, purlin plate etc. into position;
6- Slag Cleaning: polish the slags by manually according to welding regulation, make the surface smooth;
7- Shot Blasting: sand blast the member to Sa2.5 grade;
8- Painting/galvanization: paint or galvanize the member according to requirements.
9- Packing and loading: without packing directly load into container, or packed with steel rack, both are available according to client.
Quality Inspection by client or third party is accepted during the whole procedure.

1. Consultant service and preliminary design, assist client to choose suitable construction plan;
2. Quantity Survey, Bill of Quantity, Pricing.
3. Construction Manual, Installation and fabrication supervision.
4. Warranty after installation completed.
