Description
Production Procedure
1- Automatic Gas Cutting: cut steel plates;
2- Building Up: assemble the steel plates;
3- Submerged Arc Welding: weld the steel plates together into the required H-section or tubular shape;
4- Rectify: straighten the welded H-section or tubular member;
5- Manual Welding: weld the stiffener, base plate, top plate, purlin plate etc. into position;
6- Slag Cleaning: polish the slags by manually according to welding regulation, make the surface smooth;
7- Shot Blasting: sand blast the member to Sa2.5 grade;
8- Painting/galvanization: paint or galvanize the member according to requirements.
9- Packing and loading: without packing directly load into container, or packed with steel rack, both are available according to client.
